Nizhnekamskneftekhim held an educational session for young specialists

As part of the implementation of a compliance system for young specialists of the enterprise at PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim, an educational session was held, timed to coincide with the International Anti-Corruption Day. Knowledge and compliance with the requirements on the regulation of conflicts of interest and other issues in the field of combating corruption formed the basis of the training session. More than 40 representatives of the enterprise's youth activists took part in it. The meeting was initiated by the office of the Deputy General Director for Economic Security, Safety and Regime and the Department for Work with Young Specialists.

The speaker of the training session was the head of the republican youth anti-corruption program "Don't give - don't take" Alena Lapenkova. She told those present about the areas of responsibility of the company's employees, including ensuring compliance with the requirements of legislation and internal corporate documents, preventing and suppressing violations and abuses. As part of the anti-corruption project, a quiz game and trend sessions were held. During the communication, the participants discussed issues related to anti-corruption activities, shared their practical experience on the ways of confronting various kinds of negative phenomena.

- Today we had an unusual meeting in an original format, dedicated to an urgent and important topic - combating corruption. Very useful information is presented in an accessible way and therefore it is quite easy to perceive it, - Airat Fatikhov, the operator-inspector of boiler equipment of IM plant of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim, shared his impressions.

Summing up the results of the training session, Deputy General Director for Economic Security, Safety and Regime of the Company Ruslan Gatin noted that as part of the event, young workers were informed in an interesting way about the work being done to combat corruption at the enterprise. The knowledge, involvement and ability of young professionals to be free to navigate in anti-corruption issues are assessed excellently. Feedback from the participants of the "quiz release" showed that such a format of the event was interesting to them and was evaluated exclusively from the positive side.
