For 9 months of 2019, the volume of products transported by the Railways Administration of the (UZHDT) of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim amounted to 4,540,234 tons of cargo, which is 33,643 tons more than the same period last year. The export share reached 58.3%. Services were provided to third parties for 256,626.6 thous.rubles. The increase of the services provision for the reporting period reached 24%.
To date, there are 1285 units of railway wagons in the rolling stock of the Ural Railways. Over 9 months, the depot specialists repaired 991 units of rolling stock, of which planned types of repairs were carried out on a contractual basis to 737 wagons and tanks of other companies amounting to 63,881 thousand rubles.
A lot of work is being done at the Railways Dept. for engaging repair volumes of railway wagons. Negotiations with the owners of rolling stock resulted in execution of 26 new contracts.
In order to increase the capacity of the freight wagon repair depot, it is planned to arrange work by the end of the year on the reformation of the freight car wheelsets at the Wagon Repair Plant JSC (Sterlitamak).
According to the results of the reporting period, Railways Administration of the (UZHDT) of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim ranks 3rd place among 17 enterprises providing services on the Kuibyshev Railway, and 65th place among 219 enterprises in the railway network of Russian Railways in terms of the quality of services rendered.

30 Veterans of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim were able to see how the waste treatment facilities changed after the revamp, to learn how wastewater is treated and what microorganisms are for, having visited the biological treatment plants (BTP) on October 2. This visit was a peculiar kind of gift from the BTP personnel to their retired employees the on the International Day for the Elderly.
The tour of new facilities at the BTP site began with an updated building for grates intended for the reception and preliminary treatment of municipal effluents coming from City of Nizhnekamsk. About all the changes that occurred at the BTP, The Head of the Department for treatment of industrial wastewater Mikhail Romanov was giving details.
Since 2016, the company has carried out two stages of revamp to improve the quality of wastewater treatment. Those were a facility for mechanical treatment of household wastewater and a facility for treatment of industrial wastewater. New buildings and structures were built and commissioned, which allowed to improve the quality of wastewater treatment. Their main advantage is absolute tightness. Thus, the possibility of unpleasant odors getting into the atmosphere during wastewater treatment is significantly reduced.
The visitors were also able to watch the work of activated sludge in aeration tanks and make sure that the water after passing through all stages of cleaning meets all the requirements. The actions of employees of PJSC "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" in the process of eliminating a conditional accident were evaluated today at tactical and special exercises. They took place on the territory of the Ist industrial zone at the BK plant as part of a two-day all-Russian large-scale civil defense exercise.
According to the scenario, at one of the facilities of the BR plant, there was a depressurization of the chlorine tank, which led to the formation of a dangerous chemical cloud. It was required to stop the spread of the chlorine cloud by water irrigation. On a training alert, firefighters, a gas rescue service, an ambulance crew and security personnel immediately arrived at the scene. The dangerous territory was taped up, each team acted quickly and smoothly.
The elimination of a conditional accident took place in several stages. At each of them, the emergency services of the company coped with all the tasks “excellently” and were highly appreciated by the representatives of the Russian Ministry for Emergencies in the Republic of Tatarstan. As noted by the head of the fire and rescue garrison of Nizhnekamsk, Anton Karasev, all the services of the enterprise promptly responded and arrived at the place of the emergency response, acted properly and professionally.

On September 19, two columns were installed at grassroots SSBR production. The columns were manufactured in Bashkortostan. The columns height is 31 and 24.5 meters accordingly. Workers used 400 tons crane for the columns lifting and installation.
- The columns items C-105 and C-103 were installed at fractionation unit and unit of azeotrope drying of solvent. The first column is dedicated to solvent conditioning, and the second column – for solvent drying; further the solvent is fed into polymerization section, - said Victor Eruslanov, Head of production section, shop No.№ 6804, Grassroots SSBR.
The construction of SSBR production, located at the first industrial area, is in progress. Today, foundation works are at the finishing stage, installation of steel structures and equipment is in progress.
The grassroots industrial facility is being constructed based on modern technology and equipment that ensure no adverse effect on the environment.
According to Chief Engineer of SSBR Production, Ramzil Mukhametzyanov, they received more than 30% of necessary equipment.
