– For this purpose, specialists of the Department of Informational Technologies (DIT) of PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim have developed and implemented a software robot for the EP-600 Complex under construction in May 2020.
The software robot creates the required entries in the material directory and purchase orders in the corporate SAP ERP accounting system based on electronic packing lists and invoices received from partner companies for materials and equipment supplied for the construction of the new industrial facility. Data processing is fully automatic. In addition, the system generates a number of reports on relations with contractors, registration of commercial invoices and VAT invoices, on the status of customs procedures, on stocks of materials and equipment and their traffic control, etc.
Now, the share of purchase orders created by the software robot is 12%, and of order items - 41% of the total number of all procurement transactions performed at PJSC Nizhnekamskneftekhim. According to DIT specialists, the share of orders created and processed by the software robot will continue increasing. Thus, the introduction of this system made it possible to avoid a significant increase in the staff of the procurement service.
